PHASE 1
Fundraising Target: $7-10k
We will complete recruiting our staff for the project, and we will finalize an organizational structure for the wiki. The team will begin cataloguing and organizing the existing information and resources on the site, removing or fixing broken links, and working with spaces and individuals to update contact information. We will also identify opportunities for adding new resource sections. By phase completion, new team members will be fully trained and prepared to carry on day-to-day site maintenance and customer service requests going forward.

PHASE 2
Fundraising Target: $25-35k
We will design and implement the searchable, map-based Coworking Directory, including the development of tools necessary for space owners to generate their own listings. Seattle-based coordination staff will continue to aid in development, transition, and community outreach efforts.
Expected Completion Date: December 31, 2012
